中文摘要:为优化电池外壳拉深模具的设计,首先进行了模具参数的经验计算,进而以有限元分析软件MSC.SuperForm对深方盒形件的成形过程进行了数值模拟。研究了模具的主要参数对拉深变形力的影响,并优化得到了合理的凹凸模参数,避免了轻微的起皱缺陷,弥补了拉深模经验设计的不足。
英文摘要:In order to optimize design of drawing die for the battery shell, the experience computation of die parameters first was carried on, then the forming process of the deep square box was numerically simulated with finite element software MSC.SuperForm. The influences of die's main parameters on drawing forces were studied, the reasonable die parameters were obtained, the slight corrugation defect was avoided, the insufficiency of drawing die empirical design was made up.
