中文摘要:研究了TC18钛合金的室温性能与初生α相组织特征的关系。结果表明,时效前,随着初生α相含量的增加,合金的强度提高;时效后,随着初生α相含量的增加,合金的强度降低,而塑性提高。相对于等轴状初生α相,获得短棒状初生α相对于提高KIC是有利的。
英文摘要:The relationship between room-temperature properties of TC18 titanium alloy and structure character of α phase was investigated. The results show that, as the content of α phase increases, the strength increases before aging; the strength decreases and the plasticity increases after aging. Relative to equilateral α phase, the short bar of α phase is favorable for increasing of KIC.
