中文摘要:在工业化生产条件下,根据VAR(真空熔炼)法生产特点及凝固偏析理论,研究并分析了?准850 mm纯钛锭氧元素均匀性的影响因素,并在工艺参数许可范围内设计了验证性试验。结果表明:通过熔炼速度、漏气率、预真空等关键因素的严格控制,可大幅度提高大规格纯钛铸锭中氧元素的均匀性。根据实验结果并结合实际生产,总结出了大规格纯钛锭氧元素均匀性的控制技术,使得生产出的?准850 mm纯钛锭头、中、尾氧含量的偏差控制在0.02%范围内。
英文摘要:Under industrial producing condition, the effects of key influencing factors on the homogeneity of oxygen in ?准850 mm pure Ti-ingot are analyzed according to VAR melting characteristic, solidification and segregation theory. An experiment within normal technological parameter was designed to prove the analyzing factors. The results show that, through controlling the melting rate, leak pressure and pre-vacuum rigidly, the oxygen homogeneity can effectively improve. Based on the experiment results and actual producing, a technology controlling method of the oxygen homogeneity in pure Ti-ingot was concluded, and the oxygen composition deviation in the produced ?准850 mm pure Ti-ingot is within 0.02%.
