中文摘要:研究了高损伤容限型钛合金TC21在单相区不同加热温度和不同加热时间条件下的β晶粒长大行为。结果表明,在单相区加热,TC21钛合金β晶粒等温长大曲线近似满足抛物线规律。在970、980和990℃等温退火时,晶粒长大指数n分别为0.38、0.34和0.32;晶粒长大激活能为283 kJ/mol。
英文摘要:The β grain growth behavior of TC21 Ti alloy isothermally annealed at different temperature and time was studied. The results show that the curves of β grain growth are approximatively parabolic type. The grain growth exponent (n) at 970 ℃ , 980 ℃ and 990 ℃ is 0.38, 0.34 and 0.32, respectively, and the grain growth activation energy is 283 kJ/mol.
