中文摘要:采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备了含纳米Al2O3粒子的陶瓷涂层,研究了涂层的耐磨性、测试了涂层的耐热冲击性,并采用XRD分析其相结构。结果表明,含纳米Al2O3粒子陶瓷涂层的耐热冲击性优异,耐磨性相对于基体显著提高;含纳米Al2O3粒子的涂层中含有新相Mg2SiO4和Al2SiO5、ZnAl2O4及MgMnSiO4。
英文摘要:Al2O3 matrix nano-meter ceramics coating on MB2 Mg alloy was prepared by thermo-chemical reaction. The wear resistance of coating was primarily studied. The thermal shock resistance was tested and the phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. The results indicate that the wear and thermal shock resistance of the coating are excellent. The new phases such as MgMnSiO4, Al2SiO5, Mg2SiO4 and ZnAl2O4, are found in micro-millimeter Al2O3 particles matrix ceramic coating.
