中文摘要:采用粉末冶金法制备铁硅铝磁粉芯,研究了绝缘粘结剂用量、成型压力、退火温度和磁粉粒度对铁硅铝磁粉芯磁导率的影响。结果表明,随着绝缘粘结剂用量的增多,磁粉芯的磁导率减小;去应力退火有助于提高磁粉芯的磁导率,随退火温度的升高,磁粉芯的磁导率增大;随着磁粉粒度及成型压力的增大,磁粉芯的磁导率增大。
英文摘要:FeSiAl magnetic powder core was prepared by powder metallurgy. The permeability of FeSiAl magnetic powder core was studied by insulating material, shaping pressure, annealing temperatures and granularity. The results indicate that increasing insulating material can decrease the permeability of magnetic powder core. The stress relief annealing is helpful to improve the permeability, increasing annealing temperature can increase the permeability. Increasing the granularity of magnetic powder and shaping pressure can increase the permeability of magnetic powder core.
