中文摘要:对304、65Mn金属橡胶去应力退火正交试验结果进行了比较。结果表明:304、65Mn金属橡胶动态损耗因子分别对冷却方式和退火温度比较敏感,在金属橡胶的去应力退火工艺过程中需分别严格控制;为获得较高的损耗因子,钢丝强度、硬度较低的304金属橡胶的密度宜取较大一些;304、65Mn金属橡胶的最优去应力退火工艺参数相同,这说明钢丝材质对金属橡胶去应力退火工艺参数的影响较小。
英文摘要:The orthogonal experiment result of 304 and 65Mn metal rubber was compared. The results show that the dynamic loss factors of 304 and 65Mn metal rubber were influenced by cooling method and annealing temperature, respectively. The density of 304 metal rubber with lower strength and hardness comparing with 65Mn steel should be higher to improve the dynamic loss factor. The optimal relief annealing parameters of 304 and 65Mn metal rubber are the same, which show that the materials have less influence on the dynamic loss factor before and after relief annealing.
