中文摘要:研究了添加剂Ni对Mo-30%Cu复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,烧结体的硬度与致密度随Ni含量的增加而增大,这是因为在晶界处生成了金属间化合物NiMo;随Ni含量的增加,该复合材料的断裂方式由沿晶断裂向穿晶断裂转变。
英文摘要:The influence of additive element Ni on the properties of Mo-30%Cu composite was studied. The sintered density and hardness of the composite can be significantly improved by the addition of a amount of nickel, because NiMo intermetallic compound generates at the grain boundaries. The fracture mode changes from intergranular fracture into transgranular fracture due to the increase of nickel.
