中文摘要:采用自行研制的高效能超音速等离子喷涂系统(HEPJet)制备了NiCr-Cr3C2涂层,并对涂层性能进行测试。结果表明,喷涂粒子速度高达460 m/s,实现了低功率、小气体流量获得超音速涂层的目的;HEPJet制备的NiCr-Cr3C2涂层其结合强度为60 MPa,显微硬度为926 HV0.3,沉积效率为54 %,其抗高温氧化性能是12CrMoV钢的17倍,其常规性能赶超JP5000制备的NiCr-Cr3C2涂层。涂层表面的Cr2O3氧化膜与碳化物硬质相组成连续、致密而均匀的保护层是NiCr-Cr3C2涂层抗高温氧化性好的主要原因。
英文摘要:NiCr-Cr3C2 coating was fabricated by self-developed supersonic plasma spraying equipment (HEPJet). The properties of the NiCr-Cr3C2 coating were measured. The results show that the particle velocity can reaches 460 m/s, the supersonic spraying can be realized by low power and little gas flux. Bonding strength of the coating is 60 MPa, micro-hardness is 926 HV0.3, deposition efficiency is 54%, and the thermal oxidation behavior of the NiCr-Cr3C2 coating is 17 times of 12CrMoV. These properties overtake JP5000's. Cr2O3 and carbide form a protective film, which is the main reason of the coating from thermal oxidation.
