中文摘要:针对热镀锌熔体存在的问题,研究了一种新型熔剂YQX-I,用于纯锌熔体的覆盖保护和净化。实验结果表明,YQX-I熔剂使纯锌熔体在480 ℃时的烧损率从11.05%下降到3.56%,可使组织中夹杂变质细化,可使纯锌抗拉强度提高0.7%,伸长率提高31.6%。
英文摘要:A new flux-YQX-I for zinc melt was introduced according to the problem during hot plating Zn. The flux was used to cover and refine melt. The results show that the lost rate of zinc melt can be greatly decreased with YQX-I from 11.05% to 3.56% at 480 ℃, and the tensile strength, elongation can be increased by 0.7% and 31.6%, respectively.
