中文摘要:研究了冷却方式对高硼高速钢凝固组织的影响及热处理对其硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究发现:石英砂型试样的偏析大,共晶碳化物较粗,尺寸和厚度较大;石墨铸型试样碳硼化合物的尺寸细小且分布均匀性较好;1050 ℃淬火并525 ℃回火时,由于残余奥氏体量少,硬度达到最高值,其耐磨性最好。
英文摘要:The effects of cooling way and heat treatment on microstructure and properties of high-boron high speed steel were studied. The results show that the size and thickness of the quartz sand mould is bigger because of its eutectic carbide is thicker and the segregation is aggravating. The carbon-boron compound in graphite mould is fine and uniformity. Owing to residual austenite decrease, while quenching at 1050 ℃ and tempering at 525 ℃, the steel has high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
