中文摘要:对SUS304冷轧带钢经不同工艺退火后的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:退火温度高于1050 ℃时SUS304不锈钢薄板的屈服强度和抗拉强度随退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长呈下降趋势,伸长率呈先升后降的趋势; SUS304经高温(1050~1160℃)短时间(50~180 s)退火,能得到较好的软化效果,退火工艺为1050 ℃× 180 s时,组织中的碳化物完全溶入基体中,且均匀弥散在晶粒内部,晶粒大小较均匀,力学性能达到最佳。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of deep drawing cold roiled strip after annealing with various processes were analyzed. The results show that the yield strength, tensile strength of SUS304 stainless sheet decreases with the increase of annealing temperature and thermal insulation time when the annealing temperature is higher than 1050 ℃; the elongation increases firstly and then decreases. The better soften effect can be obtained after annealing at 1050 ℃~1160 ℃ for 50 s ~180 s, the carbide in microstructure is dissolved completely and uniform dispersion in grain internal, grain size is evener, the mechanical properties achieve the best.
