中文摘要:在不同的固溶退火温度(980、1010、1040、1070和1100 ℃)分别保温30 min,冷却方式为水冷。观察其显微组织,测定其显微硬度,测定了经不同固溶处理后在3.5%的NaCl溶液中的Tafel极化曲线。 结果表明:随固溶退火温度的升高,铁素体量减少,显微硬度降低;在1070 ℃时,铁素体和奥氏体相当,显微硬度最小,腐蚀倾向最小。固溶处理最优工艺为1070 ℃× 30 min,水冷。
英文摘要:The samples of GX2CrNiMoN22-5-3 stainless steel were heat-treated at 980 ℃, 1040 ℃, 1070 ℃ or 1100 ℃for 30 min, and then cooled by water. The microstructure was observed and Vickers hardness was measured, and the Tafel polarization curve in 3.5%NaCl solution was tested. The results show that the content of ferrite phase and the Vickers hardness decreases with the temperature increasing; the content of ferrite and austenite is appropriated, the corrosion resistance is best at 1070 ℃. The optimization solution treatment process is heating at 1070 ℃ for 30 min, cooling by water.
