中文摘要:以TC2钛合金为研究对象,研究了锻造和热处理工艺对TC2钛合金硬度的影响规律。结果表明:退火温度对原材料的硬度影响不大,超过800 ℃以后,硬度值略有提高;炉冷可以明显软化材料,炉冷后出炉温度对硬度的影响不大;锻后冷却方式对硬度影响较大,冷却速度越慢,硬度值越高;水冷和风冷试样中可见针状马氏体α',随冷却速度变慢,残余β基体上析出的片状α相越粗、越清晰,等轴α相的再结晶现象越明显。
英文摘要:The influences of forging and heat treatment technologies on the hardness of TC2 titanium alloy were investigated. The results show that the annealing temperature has little influence on the hardness of the as-received materials. The hardness increases when the annealing temperature is up to 800 ℃. Slow cooling rate as furnace cooling can increase the values of hardness. The cooling styles have a significant effect on the hardness of TC2 alloy, and the values of hardness increase with cooling rate decreasing. Acicular martensite was observed in water-cooled and fan-cooled samples. The lamellar α-phase increases with cooling rate decreasing.
