中文摘要:针对某炼油厂减速器输入轴断轴事故,分别从断口宏微观形貌、材质组成、材质金相、材质硬度及其他力学性能等方面进行系统的失效原因分析。结果表明:输入轴的轴肩变径处过渡圆角半径过小,且表面存在粗糙加工划痕,同时金相组织缺陷明显,冲击韧度低,导致多个疲劳源在应力集中和交变载荷的作用下在过渡圆角表面产生和扩展,最终导致该输入轴发生疲劳断裂失效。最后提出了预防措施。
英文摘要:By means of macro and micro morphology, chemical composition analysis, metallographic, hardness test and mechanical property test, the failure causes of input shaft were investigated systematically. The results show that the cause of the failure is the combination of the following factor leading to fatigue such as shorter shaft rim radius, high roughness on the surface of the shaft rim, and low impact toughness. Improvement measures are put forward.
