中文摘要:借助光学显微镜、XRD分析等手段,对硼质量分数0.76%~3.09%的Fe-1.0C-B合金铸态性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着硼含量的增加,Fe-1.0C-B合金硬度增加,冲击韧度下降;其中含硼量为0.76%的Fe-1.0C-B合金的铸态硬度为48.6 HRC,冲击韧度为5.25 J/cm-2,其性能高于含硼量为0.79%~2.23%的Fe-0.77C-B合金的性能。
英文摘要: The properties of as-cast Fe-1.0C-B alloy with 0.76 wt%~3.09 wt% B were investigated through optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, et al. The results show that the hardness of Fe-1.0C-B alloy increases while the toughness decreases; the hardness of Fe-1.0C-B alloy with about 0.76 wt%B can reach to 48.6 HRC and the toughness to 5.25 J/cm-2, which is better in mechanical properties than Fe-0.77C-B with 0.79 wt%~2.23 wt%B.
