中文摘要:选择室温下塑性较差的AZ31B薄板为研究对象,建立了多点弯曲成形的有限元模型,提出韧性损伤、能量耗散、应力分布和形状误差四项指标,以评价不同弹性垫厚度对多点弯曲成形性能的影响。结果表明:弹性垫的使用,将冲头单元与弹性垫的点-面接触提升为弹性垫与板料间的面-面接触;弹性垫缓冲并较均匀的释放来自压机的冲击性能量;合理厚度的弹性垫能够提高AZ31B薄板的成形性能,使上述四项指标的波动达到最小。
英文摘要:Taking AZ31B sheet with lower room temperature plasticity as an object, a FEM model for the simulation of multi-point bending process was established. Moreover, four indicators including ductile damage, plastic dissipation energy, stress component and shape error were introduced. The effects of elastic cushion thickness on the formability of multi-point bending were studied. The results show that the elastic cushion changes the point-surface contact between punch and cushion into the surface-surface contact between cushion and sheet; the elastic cushion absorbs the punch impact from press and releases the energy more smoothly; the elastic cushion with reasonable thickness improves the formability of AZ31B sheet, which can make four indicator values reach minimum.
