中文摘要:锻件组织及其均匀性控制对于TA15钛合金大型整框锻件研制开发有着至关重要的意义。通过对TA15原材料组织改性锻造、合理的坯料外形设计和制造工艺、严格控制模锻生产工艺等措施对锻件的组织和均匀性进行了控制,并对锻造后的零件力学性能进行了深入研究。结果表明,锻件综合力学性能达到了产品设计要求。
英文摘要:The forging microstructure and uniformity control is critical to the development and research of TA15 alloy large-scale whole frame. In order to control the microstructure and uniformity of the forging, the microstructure of pre-forging material was analyzed, and then the modifying structure forging was applied, the reasonable profile and manufacturing process of the billet was designed and stricting control to die forging process was also applied. The mechanical properties of the forging part were studied. The results indicat that the comprehensive properties of the part reach the product design standard and requirements.
