中文摘要:铁路货车用不锈钢的C含量与焊接粗晶区的晶粒度、马氏体量成正比。随着C含量提高,焊接粗晶区中的晶粒粗化被抑制,因此,使得冲击性能和疲劳强度被明显提高。虽然马氏体的存在对于冲击性能和疲劳强度的影响是负面的,但影响程度较为有限。
英文摘要:The carbon content of Railway wagon ferritic stainless steel in CGHAZ is proportional to grain size and martensite. As carbon content increasing, the grain coarsening of CGHAZ is inhibited, thus, the impact toughness and fatigue strength are significantly improved. The existence of martensite in the impact toughness and fatigue strength is negative, but the effect is more limited.
