中文摘要:对于壁厚基本均匀的炉围壳体铸钢件,按照均衡凝固理论的铸钢件动态顺序凝固原则进行铸造工艺设计;利用凝固过程自补缩,可使铸件表面质量好,无缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,工艺出品率大大提高。
英文摘要:For the stove shell steel casting with basic even thickness of wall, the casting process was designed according to the casting steel development sequence solidification method of proportional solidification theory. Using self-feeding in solidification can make good surface quality, no shrinkage casting defects of castings; the technology product yield of the casting greatly increases.
