中文摘要:受热的材料都要热胀冷缩,合金也是如此。通过对合金收缩率的研究,提出了一种能够在模具设计前就可以掌握该合金的真实收缩率的大小的方法。运用该方法设计出一套测试模具,通过该模具就完全掌握了该合金的真实收缩率。这对压铸合金模具的型腔设计尺寸的计算提供了非常可靠的数据,减少了模具的反复修磨,节省了人力和财力。
英文摘要:The materials will swell and contract when it is heated or cooled. A kind of method for testing the real contractive rate of alloy was broutht forward through researching the contractive rate of alloy. Using the method, a set of testing die was designed, and the real contractive rate of alloy was known by the die. And this provides the reliable data for the design of die cavity dimension, and reduces the work of die repair, and also saves a lot of money and labor.
