中文摘要:通过DYNAFORM有限元模拟软件建模,模拟了200 ℃时AZ31B镁合金盒型件热拉深成形过程中压边力参数的变化以及成形规律。在设置压边力参数时对于阶梯型变压边在压边力由小到大的转变过程中设置了一个缓冲时间,减少了压边力突变对系统所带来的动能惯性冲击,由此进行了阶梯变压边力曲线的加载。模拟结果显示,采用变压边力压边方式盒型件的最大减薄率小于恒定压边力方式下制件的最大减薄率;盒型件的减薄率随缓冲时间的增大呈减小趋势。
英文摘要:The common software DYNAFORM for finite element analysis was utilized to simulate the thermal deep-drawing forming process of magnesium alloy AZ31B of box-shaped products at 200 ℃. The systematic analysis of blank-holder force change and forming rule of the simulation process were proceeded. At the same time for ladder type variable blank-holder force, to set up a cushion time in the blank-holder force in the process of transformation from small to large can reduce the kinetic energy inertia impact of system which bring from blank-holder force mutations, thus the ladder variable blank-holder force curve was loaded. The simulation results show that under the variable blank-holder force cushion-compensating, the biggest thinning ratio of box-shaped products is less than that of using constant blank-holder force cushion-compensating. The thinning ratio of the box-shaped products reduces with the increase of cushion time.
