中文摘要:针对拉杆零件的特点,分析了其热挤压成形工艺,并利用数值模拟软件,确定了拉杆的挤压成形方式,同时分析了初始变形温度、变形速度对最大成形载荷的影响;通过多次模拟得到了拉杆热挤压成形的最优工艺参数,并分析了在最优工艺参数下,拉杆挤压成形时金属的流动规律和压力行程曲线,从而保证了挤压件的质量,为实际生产提供了理论基础。
英文摘要:According to the structure character of pull-rod,its hot extrusion process was aanalyzed. Based on the simulation software, the extrusion forming manner of the pull-rod was determined, the influence of initial deformation temperature and deformation velocity on forming load was analyzed. Through many times simulation, the optimal process parameters were obtained in the hot extrusion forming of the pull-rod. Under the optimal process parameters, the flow law of metal forming and the curve of pressure-stroke were analyzed, the quality of the extrusion parts was assured, which provided a theoretical basis for actual production.
