中文摘要:采用开式辗扩方式进行从动齿轮坯辗扩,经过数值模拟和实验验证得到了飞边小且充填饱满的齿轮坯。模拟和实验结果表明,上下校形模角均为45°时毛坯无飞边或者有很少的飞边,并且能够很好地满足后续整形工艺要求,为类似毛坯的设计提供了参考。
英文摘要:The open ring rolling process was used in the ring rolling process of driven helical gear blanks. The full-filled gear blanks with less flash or no flash were obtained after numerical simulation and experimental validation. The simulation and experimental results show that when the angles of upper and lower sizing die are all 45°, there is no flash or less flash, and can meet the requirements of the following shaping process very welll; the study provides a reference to similar blank design.
