中文摘要:采用有限元软件ABABQUS和专业疲劳分析软件MSC.Fatigue,就拉杆变截面处的过渡圆弧半径对拉杆应力集中系数和疲劳寿命的影响进行了分析,通过计算获得了两者之间的经验公式。结果表明,随变截面处过渡圆弧半径的增大,拉杆的应力集中系数明显变小,呈现指数递减的趋势,疲劳寿命则呈现指数递增的趋势。当过渡圆弧半径从1 mm增加到6 mm时,应力集中系数Kt从3降低到1.61,疲劳寿命从1.35 × 104增加到6.98 × 105,拉杆的疲劳寿命提高了51.7倍。
英文摘要:The effects of transition arc radius of variable cross-section on the stress concentration coefficient and fatigue life of 40CrNiMoA bar were analyzed by FEM software ABAQUS and the professional fatigue analysis software MSC.Fatigue. According to the calculation results, the emperical formulas between transition arc radius and fatigue life were obtained. The calculational results show that, with the increase of excessive arc radius, the stress concentration coefficient of the bar decreases significantly, which is an exponential trend and the fatigue life is an increasing trend of exponential form. When the excessive arc radius changes from 1mm to 6mm, the concentration coefficient reduces from 3 to 1.61, and the fatigue life increases from 1.35 × 104 to 6.98 × 105. The fatigue life is increased by 51.7 times.
