中文摘要:对AZ80镁合金进行挤压试验,研究变形温度对其微观组织演化和塑性性能的影响。金相分析表明:动态再结晶体积分数和再结晶晶粒尺寸随温度升高而增大,但是温度高于300 ℃后再结晶晶粒尺寸增大速度加快,容易造成晶粒粗大。极限压缩试验表明:300 ℃时的塑性最佳,变形程度达到83.3%。
英文摘要:AZ80 alloy was extruded on the industrial machine, and the effects of deformation temperature on the microstructure evolution and the mechanical property were studied. The metallographic phase analysis shows that the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization and the grain size increases with the increase of temperature. But the incremental rate of the recrystallization grain size increases above 300 ℃, which is easy to lead to the grains coarse. The ultimate compression test shows that the best plasticity is at 300 ℃, the deformation attains 83.3%.
