中文摘要:采用OM, XRD 及 SEM/EDX研究了铁基高温合金GH1140的高温静态空气氧化行为,得到了该合金的氧化动力学曲线、氧化膜形貌及其相组成,评价了合金的抗氧化性能并分析了其氧化机理。结果表明:铁基高温合金GH1140在750~900 ℃时氧化动力学遵循抛物线规律,无氧化膜剥落;在950 ℃氧化时氧化动力学近似遵从直线规律,且有少量氧化膜剥落;合金氧化过程中有内氧化现象发生,生成的氧化膜以Cr2O3为主;该合金可满足850 ℃以下高温使用要求。
英文摘要:The high temperature oxidation behavior of iron-base GH1140 under static and constant temperature was studied by OM, XRD & SEM/EDX. The oxidation kinetics curves and oxidation rates of the alloy, the micrograph and phase component of oxidation scale were acquired, then the oxidation resistance and the oxidation mechanism were discussed. The results show that the oxidation kinetics of iron-base GH1140 at 750 ℃~900 ℃follows the parabolic law with the oxide film not spalling, while the oxidation kinetics at 950 ℃ approximately follows a linear law, with a small amount of oxide spalling. The phenomenon of internal oxidation exists during the oxidation process, and the main oxide film is Cr2O3; the alloy can be used at the high temperature no more than 850 ℃.
