中文摘要:采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和压缩试验等方法,研究了Cu含量对FeCoNiCuxMo多主元合金微观组织和压缩性能的影响。结果表明,合金由简单的FCC相和BCC相组成,随Cu含量的增多,BCC相含量减少,FCC相含量增多;当x=0.8时,FeCoNiCu0.8Mo合金的抗压强度达到1700 MPa,塑性应变为12.6%,具有最佳性能。
英文摘要:The effects of Cu content on microstructure and compression performance of FeCoNiCuxMo multi-principal alloy were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and compression test methods. The results show that as-cast microstructure of the alloy is composed of simple FCC and BCC solid solution. With the increase of Cu content, BCC-phase content decreases while FCC phase content increases. When x=0.8, FeCoNiCu0.8Mo alloy has the best performance, and its compressive strength is 1700 MPa and plastic strain is 12.6%.
