中文摘要:对高温BTi-62421S钛合金在不同状态下进行热变形,通过金相组织分析和力学性能测试,研究了变形参数对BTi-62421S钛合金的显微组织与力学性能的影响。 结果表明,热变形能明显优化合金的组织和力学性能。其力学性能随变形参数的变化呈规律性变化。变形获得的细等轴组织能得到较优的力学性能。其较优的变形参数为:950 ℃变形温度、60%变形量。
英文摘要:The heat deformation of BTi-62421S alloys at high-temperature was carried out, through analyzing of microstructure and testing of mechanical properties, the influences of deforming parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of BTi-62421S alloys were researched. The results show that microstructure and mechanical properties of the BTi-62421S alloy can be significantly improved by heat deformation. Mechanical properties regularly change with the change of deforming parameters. The fine equiaxial microstructure can obtain better mechanical properties. The optical deforming parameter is that deforming temperature is 950 ℃and deforming degree is 60%.
