中文摘要:采用无压浸渗法制备了SiCP /Al复合材料,自氧化法处理的预制型的抗压强度大幅提高,同时降低了该复合材料的残余孔隙率;基体合金中的Mg含量对复合材料的残余孔隙率有较大影响,进而影响了其抗压强度。实验结果表明,采用不同粒径的SiC颗粒配比及自氧化法处理的孔隙率为40%的SiC预制型,无压浸渗Al-11wt%Si-6wt%Mg所制备的SiCP /Al复合材料的抗压强度为367 MPa、热膨胀系数为9.2 × 10-6 /℃。
英文摘要:SiCP/Al composite was prepared by pressureless infiltration. The pre-oxidation of SiC particles by high purity oxygen can add a thin layer of SiO2 into the silicon carbide which can increase the compressive strength of SiC performs and enhance the porosity of the composite. The content of Mg in matrix has an obvious effect on the porosity of the composites, and also has an impact on the compressive strength of the composite. The results show that the compressive strength of the composite, which is obtained by infiltrating Al-11wt%Si-6wt%Mg alloy into the artificial pre-oxidation preform with 40% porosity, and can reach 367 MPa; the coefficient of the thermal expansion of the composite can reach 9.2 × 10-6 /℃.
