中文摘要:采用有限元方法,对熔渗到陶瓷预置体内的金属凝固过程进行有限元分析,得到了不同时刻时,材料内部的温度场及预应力场。结果表明,由于金属和陶瓷传热系数的差异,随着凝固过程的进行,材料内部温度场呈现出由外向内的非线性变化趋势,而预应力逐渐减小。
英文摘要:The effects of molten metal solidification process on the properties of metal matrix composite were investigated by finite element method. The temperature and stress field inside the material were obtained at different time. The results show that the irregular temperature cloud and the temperature distribution from outside to inside is in nonlinear change, which is attributed to the difference of heat transfer properties between the ceramic matrix and the metal, and then the pre-stress decreases gradually.
