中文摘要:在大气环境下采用两种镁铝共晶合金粉末作为中间层(钎料),分别在460、480 ℃下施加30 MPa压力,制备了AZ31/Al层状复合材料。采用粘接拉伸试验测试了连接件界面的结合强度。 结果表明:镁合金基体与铝基体都与中间层发生了扩散,形成了冶金结合;连接界面呈明显的层状结构,其抗拉强度达24 MPa。
英文摘要:The composite using duplex metal plates with magnesium alloy (AZ31B) as matrix and pure aluminum (1050) as cover layer were manufactured by direct hot pressing under 30 MPa with Mg-Al eutectic alloy as the solder in atmosphere. The results show that a metallurgical bonding between the matrix and the cover layer is achieved by the formation of distinct bonding subzones. The tensile strength of the bonding interface is 24 MPa.
