中文摘要:热压原位合成了(Ti,Mo)C-Ni和(Ti,W,Mo)C-Ni两种复合材料,对该复合材料的物相组成、显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:(Ti,Mo)C-Ni复合材料中的钛、碳和钼反应完全,但(Ti,W,Mo)C-Ni复合材料中存在少量未反应完全的碳粉,可认为剩余碳粉与碳化钨粉和钛粉的反应有关;热压原位合成的碳化物颗粒较细小,尺寸为0.5~2 μm;随着WC的加入,碳化物颗粒和粘结相的边界从多边形转变成近球形,且复合材料的致密度、硬度和抗弯强度都有所提高。
英文摘要:(Ti, Mo)C-Ni and (Ti, W, Mo)C-Ni composite were obtained by in-situ reactive hot pressing. The phase structure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the two composite were analyzed. The results show that the chemical reactions between Ti, C and Mo in (Ti, Mo)C-Ni composite are relatively complete. However, there is a small amount of unreacted C powder in (Ti, W, Mo)C-Ni composite, which is associated with the reaction between WC and Ti. The in-situ carbide grains are very fine with the size of 0.5~2 μm. With the addition of WC, the boundary morphology between the carbide grains and binder phase changes from angular shape into almost rounded shape. Additionally, the relative density increases as well as the hardness and bending strength.
