中文摘要:采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)、超音速电弧喷涂(SWAS)制备两种抗水蚀涂层,对比分析了两种NiCr金属陶瓷涂层的组织结构、力学性能、热震性能、磨粒磨损及冲蚀磨损性能。结果表明,超音速火焰喷涂制备的NiCr金属陶瓷涂层结合强度为70 MPa,孔隙率为0.5%,涂层致密,抗热疲劳性能良好,耐磨粒磨损性能以及抗冲蚀性能优异,与2Cr13基体材料相比其抗磨损和冲蚀性能均得到显著提高。
英文摘要:The NiCr cermet coating which was used on the surface of turbine blades in steam turbine engine to against water corrosion was deposited using high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying and supersonic wires arc spraying (SWAS). The microstructure, mechanical properties, thermal fatigue and corrosion behavior of the NiCr cermet coating were studied. The results show that the average bond strength and porosity of the NiCr cermet coating sprayed by HVOF are 70 MPa and 0.5%, respectively. The HVOF NiCr cermet coating exhibited higher mechanical properties and anti-erosion behavior than those of the SWAS coating and the 2Cr13 substrate.
