中文摘要:采用光学金相显微镜、电子式万能试验机及动态机械分析仪(DMA),研究了固溶处理温度(TH)和固溶处理时间(tH)对挤压态Mg-0.6Zr-0.5Y合金显微组织、力学和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:合金在固溶处理过程中发生静态再结晶,并随固溶处理温度升高,合金晶粒长大,与挤压态相比力学性能降低而阻尼性能提高;400 ℃固溶处理时,随保温时间延长,合金阻尼性能提高,但保温时间继续延长到8 h时,在晶界交叉处出现细小晶粒,使合金力学性能提高而阻尼性能下降。固溶处理工艺对合金阻尼性能的影响规律可用G-L理论来解释。
英文摘要:Effects of solid solution temperature(TH) and holding time (tH) on mechanical and damping properties of Mg-0.6Zr-0.5Y alloy were investigated using the metallographic microscope, universal testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The results show that the recrystallization occurs during solid solution treatment, and with the increase of the solid solution temperature, the grains grow up, where as the mechanical property decreases, and the damping property increases; with the prolongation of holding time, the damping property becomes better after solid solution treatment at 400 ℃ for various times(tH), but when the holding time is 8 h, the fine grain appears at the grain boundaries, makes the mechanical property increase and damping property decline. The influences of solid solution treatment processes on damping properties can be explained by the G-L theory.
