中文摘要:对EA4T钢进行高温系列回火冲击试验,并对其回火脆性进行了研究。结果表明: EA4T钢在550 ℃回火时出现冲击功低谷,表现出回火脆性,断口表现为准解理断裂;TEM和DSC研究表明:碳化物在马氏体板条束间的析出可能是EA4T钢550 ℃回火时冲击功出现低谷的重要原因。
英文摘要:A series of tempering impact tests were carried out on steel EA4T, and the temper brittleness of EA4T steel was performed. The experiment results show that the bottom impact toughness appeares when steel EA4T is tempered at 550 ℃, and which has temper brittleness; the fracture performance is quasi-cleavage fracture. The researches on TEM and DSC show that the cause of the bottom impact toughness value appearance at 550 ℃ is much to carbide precipitation between martensite attrib wattle beams.
