中文摘要:采用盲孔法测定了TC21钛合金在不同真空去应力退火理制度下的残余应力,真空去应力退火温度分别为500、550、600和650 ℃,退火时间分别为2 h和4 h。结果表明:随退火温度升高、时间延长,残余应力呈明显下降趋势。600 ℃保温2 h后空冷的残余应力降幅达到80%,约为34 MPa,与显微组织分析相吻合。因此,TC21合金最佳热处理制度为加热至600 ℃保温2 h后空冷。
英文摘要:The residual stress of TC21 titanium alloy was measured at the temperatures of vacuum stress relieving annealing ranging from 500 ℃ to 650 ℃ with an interval of 50 ℃, the time of 2 h and 4 h by blind-hole method. The results show that the residual stress obviously decreases with the increase of annealing temperatures and time. After the heat treatment of 600 ℃× 2 h/ AC, the residual stress decreases 80%, reaches to about 34 MPa, which coincide with the result of microstructure analysis. Thus the optimalized heat treatment process is 600 ℃× 2 h/AC for TC21 titanium alloy.
