中文摘要:通过对轧态和不同球化退火工艺下的6CrSi2MoV 钢进行组织观察和硬度检验,确定了6CrSi2MoV钢的相变点,并根据相变点制定了完全退火和不完全退火工艺,同时在实践中进行了应用。结果表明:6CrSi2MoV钢轧态的组织分布不均匀,其带状组织可在退火后得到改善;不完全球化退火工艺优于完全退火工艺,实际生产时采用不完全球化退火工艺可满足用户的使用要求。
英文摘要:Through the organization observing and hardness testing for the 6CrSi2MoV steel under the different annealing process and rolled state, the phase transition point was determined. According to the phase transition point, the complete annealing and incomplete annealing process were developed, and it had been applied in practice. The results show that the microstructure distribution of 6CrSi2MoV steel under rolled state isn't uniform, and its the ribbon organization can be improved through annealing process. The incomplete annealing process is superior to the complete annealing, and the incomplete annealing process can meet the user's requirements in factory production.
