中文摘要:研究了22Mn2SiVBS钢轧后空冷的显微组织及力学性能。结果表明,22Mn2SiVBS钢轧后空冷可得到晶粒细小的粒状贝氏体、先共析铁素体和少量的残余奥氏体组织。处理后的钢材强度、硬度较低,但冲击韧度较高。
英文摘要:The microstructures and mechanical properties of steel 22Mn2SiVBS cooling in air after rolled were studied. The results show that the fine grain granular bainite, ferrites and remain austenite can be obtained when 22Mn2SiVBS steel cooling in air after rolled. After heat treatment the strength and hardness of 22Mn2SiVBS steel is weaker, but the toughness is stronger.
