中文摘要:讨论了热轧高碳盘条77B的生产工艺流程,对拉拔断裂的热轧高碳盘条77B进行力学性能、化学成分、金相组织和夹杂物分析。结果表明:盘条表面脱碳、表面裂纹、盘条中心C偏析、夹杂物以及索氏体化不良均能引起盘条拉拔断裂,并提出了改进措施。
英文摘要:The production process of hot rolled high carbon 77B was discussed. The drawing crack failure of hot rolled high carbon wires was analyzed by the means of mechanical property, chemical composition, microstructure and inclusion. The results show that the main reasons caused the crack are the surface decarburization, surface crack, the carbon segregation in the wire center, the inclusion and not sorbited well. Some production improvement measures are proposed.
