中文摘要:使用Deform-3D有限元软件对背板精冲件的落料工艺进行了三维有限元模拟,通过引入Normalized Cockroft & Latham韧性断裂准则进行厚板精冲数值模拟。当凹模圆角取0.6 mm时板料的最大等效应变值从4.8降为2.9, 光洁面高度最大可达板料厚度的96%,其结果为提高精冲件质量提供了依据。
英文摘要:Finite element software Deform-3D was used to simulate the 3D model of back plate. The Normalized Cockroft & Latham fracture criterion was chosen to simulate fine blanking process. When the die radii takes 0.6 mm, the maximum burnished surface value is 96% of the material thickness, the strain-effective maximum value drops from 4.8 to 2.9. The results offer basis for quality improvement in fine blanking.
