中文摘要:采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对厚度为3mm的镁合金和铝合金进行了异质金属的搭接实验,焊后对接头的微观组织形貌以及主要成分进行了分析。研究结果表明,在镁铝界面处形成了一个过渡层,接头主要通过该过渡层形成连接,过渡层内弥散分布着大量树枝状晶Mg17Al12和柱状晶Al3Mg2。
英文摘要:The lap joining of magnesium and aluminum alloy with 3mm thickness by FSW( friction stir welding) process was successfully achieved, then, the microstructure and composition of the welded joint were investigated. The results indicated that a transitional layer which contains massive intermetallic compounds of dendritic grain Mg17Al12 and columnar grain Al3Mg2 is presented in Mg-Al grain boundary.
