中文摘要: 针对某车身零部件上不同厚度的同种板材,分别进行电阻点焊和不同焊缝长度的激光焊接试验研究,根据拉剪试验结果,得出各种影响因素下相当于一个电阻点焊性能的最短激光焊缝长度,然后对两种焊接接头的金相组织进行比较分析,最后对某一车门总成分别进行电阻焊与激光焊试验。结果表明:激光焊接焊缝长度的确定与板材厚度和焊缝表面熔宽有一定的关系;激光焊接接头的显微组织较电阻焊接头细小均匀;根据激光焊缝长度制定方法布置焊缝的车门整体质量和性能更好,且激光焊接过程柔性更高。
英文摘要:Based on the different thickness steel sheets of Auto Body components, the research of the resistance spot welding and laser welding with different length was carried out. According to tensile-shear test results , the shortest length of laser weld beam whose performance is equivalent to resistance spot welding was obtained. Then, the comparative analysis of the microstructure for laser welded joints and resistance spot welding joints was also made. Finally, a comparison test between car doors of laser welding and resistance welding was carried out. The results show that the determination of laser welding seam length has a certain relationship with the plate thickness and weld pool width respectively; the microstructure of laser welded joints is tiny evenly than the resistance spot welding joints;the overall quality and performance of the door welded by laser are better, and the laser welding process reflects a higher flexibility.
