中文摘要:在分析了常用焊接摆动器的工作要求基础上,设计了一种以DSC芯片为核心的焊枪摆动控制系统。其执行机构采用滚珠丝杠螺母副结构,通过步进电机驱动实现焊枪的摆动。其中,摆动参数可以任意调节,通过人机界面可以自由设定摆幅,摆频,左右停滞时间等焊接工艺参数。实验结果表明该系统能够实现设计要求,完全可以满足焊接工程的需要。
英文摘要:Based on the analysis on the job requirement of usual welding oscillator , a new control system of welding oscillator is designed,which control core is DSC chip, and in which the ball screw pair is applied for the main actuator. Through controlling step motor moving, the welding wires oscillating carry out. The swing parameters can randomly adjust and the swing amplitude, the swing frequency, the swing center and the staying time could be set by human-computer interface. The experimental results show that the system can meet the design requirements and can meet the practical welding need perfectly.
