中文摘要：对采用奥氏体不锈钢制造的回收舱垂挂吊索钢丝绳结构设计方案、生产工艺及热处理工艺进行了研究，在不锈钢丝力学性能测试及生产成品分析的基础上确定了最佳的结构设计、生产工艺及热处理工艺参数，论证了理论设计的正确性。为今后批量化生产提供了理论和实践支持，以最终满足产品使用要求。
英文摘要：The structure design parameters, product process and heat treatment process of the hang suspender stainless wire ropes were studied. According to the mechanical properties of the stainless wire rods and the wire rods, the best structure parameters, product process parameters and heat treatment parameters were determined. The ultimate product from the samples using the two batch processes can satisfy the need of the users.
