中文摘要:通过熔渗实验研究了铈与铅在钢中的作用机理。OM、 EPMA和XRD分析表明,Ce与Pb在钢中有较强的化学亲和力,易形成CePb和Ce5Pb3高熔点金属间化合物,从而改善和消除杂质元素铅对钢性能的危害;采用Miedema模型计算Ce-Pb固态合金的生成焓,从热力学上证明了实验分析的结果。
英文摘要:The interaction between cerium and lead in steel was studied by infiltrating experiment. The OM, SEM, XRD, EPMA analysis shows that a strong chemical affinity exists between cerium and lead, and they produce the high melting point iner-metallics CePb and Ce5Pb3, which can improve and eliminate the damage of impurity on the steel properties. This result is confirmed by calculation of Ce-Pb formation enthalpy using Miedema model.
