中文摘要:对粉末冶金工艺制备的添加不同Re含量的TZM合金的力学性能和显微组织变化进行研究。实验结果表明:微量添加Re能够改善TZM合金室温韧性,但对改善合金的强度没有明显贡献。并从材料组织组成和组织形貌的角度,解释了产生这一现象的原因。
英文摘要:TZM alloy with different Re content was fabricated by powder metallurgy methods. Its mechanical properties and microstructure were studied. The results indicate that the alloying element Re can improve the toughness of TZM alloy at room temperature, but has no obvious contribution for the strength of the alloy. This phenomenon was explained by the composition and morphology.
