英文摘要：The decarburization principle of the steel and influence factors (namely: heating temperature, holding time, the atmosphere within the furnace) were introduced. The decarburization reasons caused by actual production were analyzed, the heating process was optimized by changing the air-fuel ratio, furnace pressure, and reasonable arrangement for production organization, the excessive problems for decarburization layer of 50Mn2V steel is resolved.
