中文摘要:以QT700为对象通过拉伸试验、压缩试验、扫描电镜分析、金相分析、差热分析(DSC)和热膨胀性能测试(DIL)探讨了QT700的弹性模量、力学性能、显微结构及热性能之间的关系。结果表明:球墨铸铁的弹性模量、抗拉强度及球化率相关;材料的热性能、塑韧性与石墨球的尺寸有一定关系;DSC曲线与珠光体含量存在一定关系。
英文摘要:The elastic modulus,mechanical performance, microstructure and thermal properties of QT700 were studied by tensile test, compression test, SEM obseroation, DSC analysis and thermal expansion test. The results show that, the elastic modulus of ductile cast iron has relationship with spheroidization rate and breaking strength. The thermal properties and plasticity are interrelated with the size of graphite ball. The DSC curve is related with pearlite content.
