中文摘要:Ti6242s钛合金具有高强、高韧及良好的蠕变性能匹配,在航空工业中得到广泛的应用。本文针对航空材料标准AMS 4975H技术条件要求,通过锻造成形制备出符合该技术条件要求的长条锻件。成品双重退火处理后,锻件组织为等轴α + β转。性能测试结果表明,该法制得的锻件性能指标均优于AMS4975H技术条件要求。
英文摘要:Ti6242s alloy has high strength, high toughness and good creep property, which is widely used in aviation industry. Aiming at the technical goals of aerospace material specification AMS 4975H, Ti6242s alloy product was obtained by forging according to the condition of AMS 4975H. After duplex annealing, the microstructure of the product has equiaxed α phase and transformed β. The results show that Ti6242s alloy product has better mechanical properties than the standard of AMS 4975H.
